Most clothes barely get worn - often just 7 to 10 times - before they end up unused. Across the UK, roughly 336,000 tonnes of clothing still go to landfill or incineration every year. Through about 55,000 free doorstep collections across the North West, we help give those items another life. Rehoming them avoids around 34,375 tonnes of CO2 a year (roughly the energy use of 13,200 homes) and saves about 14 billion litres of water (enough for around 112,000 UK households).

We collect your donated clothing from all over the North West. All proceeds go to Wendy's Wish Foundation Charity. Enter your postcode on the booking page to check if we cover your area.
What items can I donate?
We accept clean clothing, footwear, handbags, and belts in good condition. Items should be dry and free from damage.
How do I prepare my items for collection?
Simply bag your items securely and leave them out on your doorstep on the collection day. No need to be present.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Yes, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
What happens if I'm not home during collection?
You don't need to be present. Simply leave your bags out on your doorstep on the collection day and we'll collect them.
How does Wendy's Wish donation work?
When you choose Wendy's Wish, we collect your items and process them. Wendy's Wish continues to support Liverpool St Paul's Eye Hospital through the clothing collections scheme, with all proceeds going directly to the charity.
